Pricing

Prices and promotions may change without prior notice. Although we work to keep pricing accurate, an item may occasionally be listed incorrectly. If the actual price differs, TecPlanet may contact you for instructions or cancel the order and notify you.

The final price, discount, delivery charge and payment amount are confirmed during checkout and order processing. Customers may contact TecPlanet to confirm current price and availability before ordering.

Product availability and order acceptance

Submitting an order and receiving an order-confirmation email means we have received the request; it does not guarantee acceptance or stock allocation. We accept the order once stock, pricing, payment and fulfilment are confirmed.

If a paid product is unavailable, TecPlanet may cancel the item or order and refund the amount received using an appropriate method. Orders may also be cancelled if a product or price was advertised incorrectly.

Product descriptions, images and specifications

TecPlanet aims to display accurate product descriptions, images and specifications, but manufacturer information, colours, packaging and minor details may change. Images may be illustrative. If an item materially differs from its description, contact customer support promptly so we can assess an appropriate replacement, alternative or refund under the applicable policy.

Payments and order confirmation

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include cash on delivery, bank transfer, card gateways, QR payments and instalment providers. Each gateway is governed by its provider’s terms, eligibility requirements, fees and security checks.

All orders remain subject to confirmation by TecPlanet. After confirmation, customers should not refuse a valid delivery or reverse an agreed order without contacting us. Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be reused unless stated otherwise.

Delivery and collection

Orders outside supported local delivery areas may be fulfilled by a third-party courier. Delivery times are estimates and can vary by location, stock and courier operations. TecPlanet is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control.

Inspect the parcel for obvious physical damage before accepting it. If the package or product is visibly damaged or incomplete, notify the courier and TecPlanet immediately. Store-pickup orders should be collected within the communicated collection period.

• Standard delivery: generally 1–5 working days.
• Express delivery: generally within 24 hours for eligible products and selected locations.
• Availability, charges and estimates are confirmed at checkout.

Warranty, returns and changes

Warranty and return eligibility depends on the product and the policy displayed on TecPlanet. Change-of-mind refunds are not accepted unless required by applicable law. Review the linked Warranty and Returns policies before purchasing.

TecPlanet may update products, services, value-added features and these terms when necessary. Material changes take effect when posted on this page.
