Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for your purchase. Refunds for change of mind will not be accepted. However, if you find any malfunction or faults with your purchased product, you may return it to us for a warranty claim. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Exchange Process

To return an item, please contact customer service at: 0716 116 166. We will guide you on how to make your returns. If you are returning via courier service, Place the item securely in its original packaging and Purchase Invoice from, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process the warranty claim. Please allow at least Twenty-one (21) days from the date of return of your item to process the claim.


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  •     Phone Covers
  •     Non-warranty Products
